Portmanteau is a two-person exhibition featuring the work of James Davis and Kate Owens. The artists' work in this exhibition transcends the original source objects' context by creating a new idea through the combination of two distinctly definable items or elements.

Kate Owens received her BA in Painting  from Edinburgh College of Art, Edinburgh (2002) and MA in Sculpture from The Royal College of Art, London (2008).
